Once you have decided to engage us in a consultancy role we typically move through the following stages:

• Gather any additional information from you on your specific requirements. This may involve on-site analysis and obtaining information from vendors of your systems.
• Investigate available technology that will comprise the best solution for you using either ‘off the shelf’ products or custom built software.
• Present you with a written project description (specifications document) which outlines the solution, the hardware and/or software components and an estimated price.
• Revise the detail of the project description based on your feedback and refine the project cost estimate if necessary.

At this stage you may decide to move ahead with the solution presented to you by contracting us to deliver the solution.
