Facility Commander Wnx – Bosch Security Escort Interface
This interface software links FCWnx to the Bosch Security Escort system in two ways; it creates personnel records (subscribers) in the Security Escort system based on personnel records in FCWnx, as well as generating alarms in FCWnx based on duress pendant alarms. When a duress pendant alarm is activated (i.e. when the duress button is pushed or when a subscriber is knocked over) the interface software reports both the person and the location as alarms in FCWnx. The location of the alarm is used for video control so that live footage of where the subscriber is located is automatically displayed in FCWnx. The video control is dynamic so that if the subscriber’s location changes (e.g. they are running from an assailant) the video cameras will follow their on-going movement.
This system provides security operators with an immediate visual assessment of a potentially critical duress situation, thereby rapidly identifying the appropriate response to the situation. This solution is therefore particularly valuable where personal safety is at risk, such as in correctional facilities and highly hazardous workplaces.

Facility Commander Wnx – Austco CellGuard Intercom Interface
RedCrater’s FCWnx – Austco CellGuard interface software enables intercom calls, tampers and system errors to be shown in FCWnx as alarms. In addition to displaying useful diagnostics about intercom calls and any related system issues in FCWnx, the primary benefit of this software is that it enables surveillance cameras to be switched to the location of an intercom in the event of a call or tamper. This means if someone is using an intercom to request entry via a secure door, a security operator can visually assess the person on a video monitor before granting or denying access. Furthermore, if a tamper condition is initiated (which can include noise level tampers when a person is yelling in the vicinity of the Intercom, as well as when somebody is damaging the Intercom unit) the security operator can be automatically presented video covering the situation and therefore make an immediate assessment of the best response.
